"I was very pleased with the service, the personnel that used the buggy were very helpful especially Kemal. The food was great, they provided a large variety. We especially enjoyed the Pide prepared by the chefs. This establishments and the staff members were definitely a five star. I would like to thank all staff members and their manager Hakan whom was especially helpful. I wish to stay again hopefully the following summer."

"This hotel charging twice (!) cash and card. It is a big pitty that we didnot ask for a bill. After finding out that the money was taken as well from the bank we asked hotel.com for support, however the Aelbistan hotel reject double billing and no support at all. Be careful and check when paying. "

"Temizlik durumu başarısız... Mutfak eşyaları eksik ve kötü durumdaydı. Kalıcak kişi sayımız belli olmasına rağmen mutfak, çarşaf, pike, havlu eşyaları eksikti.. Konakladığımız odanın tuvaleti girişten itibaren arızalıydı. Akşama kadar onarımını bekledik ve kullanamadık. Kapılar ve klima kısmen bozuktu. Banyo kapısı kilitlenmiyordu.Çalışanlar ya da işletmeci davranış ve üslubu düzgün değildi. Sanki ücretsiz konaklama yapıyormuşuz gibi davranıyordu. Fotoğraflar verilen oda ile alakasızdı."

was good plenty to choose from, our room was nice and clean. Hotel overall could do with a facelift, paint job, our door handle to balcony fell off not secured and no handle on the outside of balcony door, window screen in main section of our room damaged badly, could not open window for cool breeze save the AC, but had to keep window closed. Just things that deteriorates over the...
