"The entire hotel experience was of the absolute highest quality. I can honestly say it was the best ever in terms of customer service, amenities, location and comfort. The staff were ALL attentive, personable and appeared to be happy doing their best to make you feel at home. The location near the gondolas was very convenient and the surrounding area was like a small European Village with a small pond, cafes and open plaza with evening mini-concerts. Included

"Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Host kind of forgot we were checking in, but was able to make the remaining of the check in over the phone and the general stay seamless and accommodating. Especially enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and sauna. We were the only guests at that time. Two locals helped us around the property including

was very interesting to say the least, they were out of everything, what little they provided. Was unable to get an extra shampoo, because of lack of knowing where they keep it. Ants in the room and lots of noise until the town got quiet. Had to have the windows open to cool the room down. No air conditioning. Would not stay here again."
