"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch.
The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture.
The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant.
Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500.

"Overall a very good stay. Reception staff, breakfast and the staff were very good; bar staff were nice as well. Wi-fi signal was great, except at the pool.
It would have been nice if the hot water heater heated the water, (no, I didn't complain, was out of the room for long periods). Also, it would have been nice to have a 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the door, especially as I didn't need the room to be cleaned daily.
Overall, I would stay here again."

"My stay at the Welcome Center Hotel was Fantastic. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast, which was inclusive, was very tasty. I initially booked for one night, but because of the comfort of the hotel I had to book three more nights. The Welcome Center Hotel is highly Recommended."

"On the whole the staff and services are wonderful. The food is good But they dont have everything on the menu. Room service is good. Take plenty of 500 naira notes because that is the tip charge. The pool is clean and welcoming. The bar is pleasant clean and cool Laundry service is good And no mosquitoes which is awesome. The manager is nice and helpful. I did upgrade though I booked a standard room. But it was not as it should be.
