"The staff really rubbed me the wrong way. First, I had a young man when I asked him in Spanish "do you speak English"? His response was "No, English is stupid"! I immediately was offended and asked for a manager. The manager did get the higher boss and told me he would check the cameras to later get a sob story on what he heard. He did deny that what he is heard was correct but offered me his apologies. Then another time I handed a young woman 80 in cash in exchange for pesos. She counted 80 and...

. The only flaw was the inattentive gate attendant. We had to lift the exit gate ourselves to get out of the parking lot because the attendant did not come out of the guard shack. He had his music so loud he did not hear us drive up."

"It may just have been Christmas parties but the hotel and area were noisy all night. All the rest average and they are pet friendly and didn’t charge us extra for the dog. "

Checkin was quick and I didn’t have to fill out one of those stupid info cards.
They even escorted me to my room and showed me where to park.
The hotel has full time Security and a gate - unlike the hotel in Prince George BC where they didn’t have any security and didn’t even tell me how bad the area was and thieves stole numerous items off my RV.

The bad: you try to sleep and you hear people coming in talking all loud all night long. It gets really loud. Second: the mattress are not comfortable at all. The sheets are nothing soft. "
