"Realized it is not a Quality Inn despite a very similar logo. Started off with a mouse outside trying to get in the main door. The tub spout leaked hot water. The phone in the room didn’t work at all. The next morning, I talked with the front desk about it. They said they would have maintenance fix it or move our room. We were out all day.
