Our stay was perfect! When we first arrived, the valet told us about the street car service and showed us the Transit app, where the closet pickup was. He was so kind and helpful!! The check-in staff was professional and efficient. Our room was super nice. The hotel is in a great location to visit the historic Over The Rhine. I would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)
