we had a lovely stay,some of the staff spoke good English which was a great help, all very friendly and cheerful. The restaurant in the hotel served beautiful evening meals. overall a very enjoyable experience.

This hotel is great. So friendly and relaxed and efficient. Our room was newly renovated and clean. It is positioned perfectly in Cochem. There’s a wine cellar underneath and you can take your wine to the hotel terrace. The breakfast buffet is extremely well done.

Great hotel to stay in and the hosts were wonderful , quiet location , perfectly located up the hill directly across from the castle . The hotel has an outstanding breakfast very fresh food - try the hostess eggs - yum ! Rooms linen and bathroom linen changed daily - perfect . Quite a hike with our bags from the station , but once there the hostess said we should have called and she would have collected us from the station. The town and the castle are right out of a fairytale book...

Excellent stay. Room was large and had an modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of options.

Staff are brilliant & very accommodating. I had a lovely lady make me two soya milk coffees in the buffet breakfast - she anticipated every need! Only downside is the driveways are steep - not suitable for low cars. Parking can also be chaotic (this is partly due to other guests).
