"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "

The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Medina, yet peaceful, safe, and easy to access. Everything you need, from restaurants and shops to tours and attractions, is just steps away. The staff were truly amazing: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and safe, which made all the difference when travelling alone. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and full of charm. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay and would absolutely return on my next trip to Marrakesh.
