"This is my third stay in Gokulam Grand, and I love it because I get it a more affordable price. The hotel is very clean and most spacious. The bathroom had both a shower and bath tub, giving me all the luxury I wanted.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options of both International and Indian cuisine. I enjoyed the south Indian breakfast and some lovely deserts.
However, the Wifi was very slow and had to speak to the IT team to get it rectified. There were small things missing, like

"The building is in a very busy, noisy and rundown area of the city. Common areas are outdated and in a dire need of an upgrade, although the restaurant is acceptable. I booked a Club Room which was spacious, but the furniture was old. The mattress was worn out and way too soft, the bedsheets were thin from all the washing. The minifridge was leaking (this was fixed on the first day) but did not cool at all. The AC is way too loud but the room gets hot quickly if you turn it off, so you can't...

"Pleasant and attentive service from all staff (entrance and front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, etc.) made it a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We liked our previous stay (3 weeks prior to this one) so much that we chose to stay again here, prior to our return flight home.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight and Chef Prasad and the entire team are the best there is. He made us feel very special and we will make this our base again in the future."
