"The most serene and relaxing hotel I’ve visited! The gardens surrounding the hotel are gorgeous and the food at the restaurant it absolutely delicious! Rooms are spacious with a huge tub to relax in and a firm bed. I would come back in an instant!"

We enjoyed breakfast in the morning with a gorgeous view of the mountains and valley and the pool and hot tub after day of exploring downtown Madeira and an afternoon of hiking in the mountains. "

"This was a wonderful haven after my flight was cancelled due to high winds. The bedroom and bathroom were so spacious and service so attentive. Happy memories of eating a delicious breakfast on the lawn in the sunshine then going to the gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool!"

place, the area is lovely with some extra dining options as the internal restaurant is very limited with a buffet only overcrowded. I'd suggest them to train the staff to become a bit more welcoming and helpful.
