"The staff at reception were so kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and location of the place is beautiful. We forgot our universal adapter and they brought us one, which really saved us. The breakfast was so delicious! Honestly 10/10 stay overall. Would come again and would recommend!"

"The room was very clean. The staff were very courteous and quick to help with anything we needed. We were in a junior suite with canal views. It was a wonderful view with full balcony. The boat noise was only loud with the doors open and the room was very quiet overnight. Highly recommend and would choose this hotel again. "

"Gorgeous lounge & rooms! Formerly a monastery and it retains sone of the beautiful terrazzo floors & other features. The rooms have a harmonious blend of the feature from the original building with modern showers & tubs. The location next to the train station in superb!!!"
