"The stuff was very friendly, smiling a lot and professional. The hotel was clean, eco-friendly and had everything you need. The room was very spacious with nice view to the garden. It was very calm and silent. The program for children seemed amazing (there is a playground outside, play room and movie room inside; there is also an option with hotel auntie) and also the fitness classes everyday was good option...The swimming pool was quite empty. The choice of beauty treatments was great and done...

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!!
We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the
