Perfectly located Kempinski Vilnius truly sets benchmarks for excellence in hospitality anywhere in the world. From the welcome drink all the way to the surprise gift at check out, the service was top-notch. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back. The service is always exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make every stay special. The hotel is beautiful, the spa facilities are outstanding, and in our opinion it is the best hotel and spa experience in Lithuania. I always choose this hotel for our family trips and also recommend it to my extended family. Consistently excellent, professional, and welcoming every time. Highly recommended.

Excellent bathroom in room, don't forget your flip flops for the pool area as gets slippery, breakfast was great.

I found Narutis as extremely good hotel during my 4 day stay in Vilnius. I booked a standart room for 2 guests and forgot to tell the staff that we will need 2 beds as we were 2 men. When we got to our beautiful room there was a double bed.,however,when I mentioned about it to staff our room was immediately upgraded to a suite with much higher standarts and there wa no extra charge for that(what a luck! ).
