The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and a great place to unwind after exploring the city, but what really stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and always happy to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the hospitality including scrumptious breakfast. The Kasbah has a nice Moroccan vibe and walkable to the Medina. It’s a blend of boutique riads and luxury hotels. Watching the morning sunrise from the rooftop was memorable.

Pilar and the team were fantastic, assisting with recommendations and facilitating activities. The Riad is beautifully renovated and our room was spacious with everything we needed. Would highly recommend Free People Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Not so easy to find at night but once there it was an oasis in amongst wonderful chaos outside. Wi-fi not so good in the rooms and our room had some mould on the ceiling but otherwise comfortable. Not the cheapest Riad in town but well run. Menu excellent but pricey and breakfast not so cheap but nice on the rooftop overlooking the city and the nearby stork nests

When staying at this road you are made to feel at home and part of the family.
Rooms are a good size; beds are comfortable and the desk was useful.
Breakfast was tasty and they endeavoured to provide foods to suit each guest. Presentation and variety of food was lovely.
Great appreciation to Meryam for her kindness during our stay. Also many thanks to Omar was always friendly and attentive.
A wonderful location… so handy!!

Grand Boutique hotel located in the centre of the town that puts some 5-Star places to shame. Samira’s staff and team were the best - nothing was too much trouble for them and we felt right at home - so much so that we extended twice! Highly recommended to experience that Marrakesh magic!
