When we met Barbara it wad clear she renovated the Rooms cause unlike many italian Hotels the were the perfect Mix or italian style mixed with modern elements. Too bad her restsursnt was closed. Location is about 20 minutes by bus from Menaggio and the bus stops right in front of the hotel (across the street to go to Menaggio). The bus ride is fun and very scenic. "This place is worth every penny. So convenient from the train station. Be sure to ask them for shuttle service. It’s free from the train station. Then you don’t have to carry your luggage for 15 mins up and down the cobbled streets. The property is the most gorgeous lakeside view. Everywhere you look it’s beautiful here. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I can’t recommend this place enough."

"Excellent location ,near the railway station walking 2 minutes.5 minutes walking to the lake front with lovely shops and resturants .. This is a lovely B and B .The owners were very friendly and helpful .Breakfast was served in the garden and delicious. I have stayed in many B&B over the years and this one is really one of the best .Highly recommend for staying in the lake cuomo area ."
