Service was excellent at all times of the day and food was incredible. Pool was amazing to swim in however the only there were a lot of flies when using sunbathing recliners. Perhaps some fly traps would be useful to minimize this. "

"Overall a lovely hotel and setting but a few things which let the hotel down. We have stayed in around 30 SLHs, and small things here which overall let down the "luxury" status. At breakfast you pay extra if you want omelette, fried egg or a vegetable juice for example... we had booked the restaurant for one evening prior to our stay (we went out the other night) but they failed to tell us they had an event on so we were unable to actually eat in the restaurant and got put in the breakfast room...
