Wonderful 10 day stay! The staff was outstanding, the food options were great. The room (Ocean Suite - 2 story) was very comfortable. The pool was nice and warm, and the stairs to the ocean were convenient for a swim in the ocean. The main pool was nice, but a bit crowded. Wish they had chairs on the beach with umbrella's, but guessing they would get taken up fast. It was hard to get a lounge chair at the pool. The ocean suites pool was nice, but needed umbrella's, it was very hot in the direct sun. The ocean suites restaurant was very good and nice to not be in a larger crowd. I did an art class, painting, which was fun to do. Very good teacher and a fun remembrance of the trip. The spa was good, we had a couples massage and the staff was good. It was fun to watch the glass window below looking to the ocean. Overall a great stay, would go again!

Hands down the best vacation we've ever been on. The overwater villa was perfect in every way. Our butler Prashant left us wanting for nothing. He handled all our dinner reservations and drove us to dinner every night, if we needed a bucket of ice to our room, it was there in minutes, if we needed more beer, wine or a bottle of alcohol delivered to the room, it was there in no time at no extra charge. House keeping was also amazing, our villa was cleaned twice a day including turn down service at night. The food was amazing, their kitchen staff is very talented and you never left anywhere hungry. Also, their pizza at the pool was phenomenal, which was an excellent surprise. Overall the best experience I have ever had at a resort!

Consider Carefully!
Disappointed to say the least, the resort is beautiful but the management and staff dont do anything to enhance your stay despite only being at 30% occupancy. There is just too much to mention but ill try and be as brief as possible. Upon arrival in to MLE airport we was ushered through to the Sea Plane check in desk, I was informed that our luggage was overweight and it would cost is 180 USD which I had no problem with, so we taken a bus to the sea plane lounge and there we was waiting almost 3 hours and we was told we would be waiting for a Russian family of 9 (our group was 4 people) and when they arrived i was told 1 of our luggage would have to be added to the later sea plane because the plane was now overweight. I told them we was first to the lounge so why should we have to wait for our luggage and the Russian family not have to wait for theirs despite arriving after us ? No satisfactory answer was given. We then arrived to the resort after a 40 minute sea plane ride, (the plane is unbearable and has absolutely no space for the 14 of us that were in it) and because of having to wait for a bag (after paying for it to join us) and the fact im a hotels.com gold member I expected to be upgraded or at least greated with something as an apology.... Well absolutely nothing was offered despite being at a very low occupancy ? Just to add a few more things, Staff are very dismissive. Hotel didnt have normal lettuce as they didnt receive supplies. The list goes on.
