We arrived late on Christmas day. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us situated explaining where to find a meal. The staff spoke Spanish and English and seemed intent on making us as comfortable as possible. The family enjoyed the hot shower. Wifi in the lobby worked, speed isn't great, but that is not their issue. It worked was the main thing. I would recommend it.
