We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was nice. The room was spacious but the heater couldn't keep the room warm.
The receptionist didn't bother to check our vaccination details and she was only wearing a cloth mask. Konus cards were not prepared upon arrival and our names were spelled wrong. She was the only one working in the hotel, thus the hotel was disorganized. She didn't note down if we have paid the tax, and only asked us before leaving. Instead of giving us other payment options, she requested for cash payment (to avoid transaction fees) but did not return the change.
During the stay, we could hear clicking noise, foot steps and noise from our neighbour (water flushing/showering?).
Besides that, the hotel WiFi was not stable, we were even given the wrong passcode.
