This property was so French and wonderful. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The interior design was amazing in a wonderful contemporary French style. Breakfast was a wide spread of food that was prepared daily and had so many choices. The location of the property is fantastic. It is a short walk to Le Marais, the Seine and Notre Dame. I would recommend the 9Continental to all my friends and family!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and each time we absolutely loved it. It’s cozy both in winter and summer, perfectly located in the Marais and the staff has always been so lovely. This time our room was upgraded at arrival, a wonderful and exciting surprise. Will for sure be staying again any time we are back in Paris and recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

This is the best hotel in the best location in Paris. The building itself is beautifully designed and unique. Staff were amazing, especially Flora! Will stay here every time I come to Paris.

8/10 Very good

Our stay at Hotel 9 Confidentiel was very comfortable. The hôtel is well maintained and centrally located. The area is lively but quiet at night. The only problem we had was that we had no room cleaning our last two days. Not sure why, we were out of the room for most of the day. On our last day, someone definitely came into our room because our luggage was moved but they did not clean the room nor did they leave fresh towels. It freaked us out. Thankfully, we were able to catch the cleaning lady on our floor later that evening to grab fresh towels. Besides from that, I would recommend the hôtel because of location.

8/10 Very good

large room with excellent air conditioning a real plus during very hot weather. Great location. On the downside, there is one small elevator for all guests and cleaning staff that often stalled due to "overload." This made it difficult to get to our room and to depart the hotel.
