In short, it was a terrible experience for me and my family where we wanted to relax and spend a good holiday in that amazing city. First by the check in, the reception employee said (speaking only in Czech and wanted me to speak czech) she said the reservation is not paid, so I informed her it's prepaid and she should collect the payment from Expedia, however she was not convinced and started to talk to me in a very bad way, like ... go from here, go to your room! When asked to talk to hotel manager she said no one here, he or she is in vacation. So I just went up to the room where found some parts of the sheets and pillow covers are dirty, so I messaged them through Expedia system, stating my disappointment with the check in and the room. Instead of them replying they're sorry and will try their best to help, like real hotels do, same person is reception replied to me " only ill mannered person can lie. No comment"!! ... Never see a hotel talking that rude to their guest, but later on when went through some of unsatisfied guest reviews, I found that's their way in responding to any feedback they don’t like! Of course I left the hotel only 2 hours after the check in and had to book another hotel which was double the price, since it was same day booking and no many hotels available. They took my money in full for that reservation, eventhough I didn't stay there and we were forced to leave because of their rude and aggressive behaviour!
