The staff were all very helpful. However, the room fittings were not suitable for two people (broken mirror in bathroom, single glass in room, remains of power cables to bed-side light - no bed-side light), no clothes rail in wardrobe. Breakfast was suitable for locals but not northern Europeans. Many TV channels but only one in English. WiFi password required US '$' sign - which not available on our mobiles. All maps for the hotels are wrong and taxi drivers cannot find the hotel. Sent 'Google Maps' correction.

We had a short two day stay at the Pyramids Valley Hotel. Friendly staff, easy checkin (At 2AM) a good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room/bed, and most importantly.....a priceless view! The Balcony is so close to the Sphinx it feels like you can touch it. The Rooftop bar/restaurant also gives you a free Sound and Light show. The only negative thing to say, which isn't the fault of the hotel, are there are a lot of stray dogs in the area, and they can get quite loud at night.

Incredible location, quiet clean basic rooms, great roof-top restaurants with amazing views of pyramids and Sphinx, delicious breakfasts, free airport pickup - highly recommend this place if you are staying in Cairo. I am definitely going back!”

Pyramids Valley is family owned and right at the base of the great pyramids of Giza. The location couldn't be better. It isn't a resort - so you shouldn't expect resort type amenities. However, the bathrooms are updated and standard with what an American would expect and the staff is so attentive and friendly that you won't miss any of the resort type luxuries. The area the hotel is located in is definitely more of an authentic Egyptian experience. A traveler booking this location should be prepared to experience local culture in a more hands on way than if they choose a location toward the Nile or the airport. This hotel offers a laid back atmosphere that caters to your needs and I highly recommend it and its staff to anyone wishing to take a lot of tours and see the area.

I enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel. The service was excellent. Zayan, the manager of the hotel, made sure that everything was taken care of (I.e., daily tours, airport transportation, and constant access). I definitely plan to stay here again! The other wonderful aspect of this hotel ... is how close it is to the Great Pyramids of Giza! Stunning rooftop and room views!

First of all if you would really like to enjoy your experience right next to the great pyramids of Giza with an amazing view this is the best place to go! Starting from the shuttle drivers that pick you up from the airport to the receptionists including the owner who is a wonderful gentleman we really enjoyed our time at Pyramids Valley . . . And the rooms are clean and neat we also had a beautiful room with a pyramids view . . Also you can watch the sound and light show for free from the roof top . . Many thanks to all the amazing staff members . .

My family and I(4 adults) enjoyed our stay at Pyramids Valley, I cannot just mention one person in particular, but every staff member was always willing to help. The breakfast was very good, the view from the roof top of the Giza complex was excellent, and close enough to Cairo. One way trip to Cairo costs is for 4 people 74 LE. Thanks Pyramids Valley for being accomodating. Free airport pick up is available if 2 or more nights are booked.
