The property was much smaller than I expected. I figured a school yard would have some room to wander nearby, but not the case ... very fenced in. The room was also quite small with no wardrobe or storage space, and no luggage racks provided. The property typically is not manned except during breakfast, so there was also no one we could ask. The breakfast was outstanding, the bed was quite comfortable, and the bath area was well designed. The area and the B&B are quiet, and the location is central making it easy to reach both the west and south coasts.
