Old carpet, bedding, towels etc. and worn out. Broken bathroom heater. Broken shower regulator (couldn’t adjust the water temperature). The fire alarm went off because of the steam from shower. No breakfast.

The attendant on duty was unable to help, but said he would request a refund. I reached out to the manager and have not heard anything back. Most likely won't get a refund. I would look for another hotel before staying here.

the place looked closed when I arrived. Grass/ weeds growing in the parking lot makes the hotel look deserted. Walking into the lobby, the smell of smoke is the first thing you notice. The check in staff was friendly but the check out staff was rude. If the person working check out was working when I checked in, I would have left.
