The hotel is almost too big. Staff were friendly, but I prefer the smaller resort hotels in the Philippines. Staff are more attentive and it feels more homely. Hotel restaurant was expensive but goods. Five minute walk to the beach or transportation out front to get there easier. Pool was big and nice. There is a gym as well so that was convenient overall it was a good stay.

Facilities are five star - very clean and spacious. I can say that it made my stay in boracay very memorable. I dont even want to leave the hotel at times because it’s so cozy. To the staff and admin- Keep up the good work!

I didn’t like the fact that there are limited options for food of small servings . I’m a small eater ( don’t eat a lot each time and almost all in the menu ( which I like are big servings like for 4-5 people. Otherwise the staff are excellent very courageous, friendly and very nice.

The overall ambiance is very good., Staff are very helpful, they act right away when you request something., but there just some minor problem i had because i have sensitive sense of smell., theres this mucky (hopefully not mold) smell in the room and the floor start getting sweaty which make the smell stronger., but compare to other hotel with this price range., this hotel is better., There is a security guard which will make you feel safe.,

Other than the staff there is really nothing to recommend this property. It’s glory days are long gone, and it is under-staffed and in disrepair. The staff they have is friendly and professional. But the restaurants attached to the hotel have serious issues with product availability and cleanliness. I was served a drink with a dead cockroach on the metal straw at what was the highly rated Super Magic IceCream And Burger restaurant that is in the same building. Overall I found the experience acceptable but uninspiring.

Like: Staff Dislike: Noise level can be annoying(hotel music played from as early as 6am til very late); Trip hazards on ground floor; 1 water bottle provided in the room (has to call reception everytime for refill); no cabinet for clothes (hanging rack out in the open in front of the bed); No handtowels, bath towels are too small; 1k incidental deposit per night upon check in, though it gets returned upon check out still quite a bit of money if you're staying more than 4nights as u might need your cash while you're out and about (if you use your credit card, it might take at least 2 weeks to get your money back)

I don’t think that I have ever stayed in a hotel with this kind of amazing service. The Hue hotel in Boracay is the unicorn of places to stay. The hotel staff is the friendliest, most attentive group of employees that I have ever met. If you need something, they are on it within minutes. The hotel itself is an oasis within an oasis. The pool take center stage to the hotel that was built around it. Ample lounge beds, to pool attendants that will make sure you have everything you need including towels and water. I traveled with my seven-year-old daughter, and every day the staff seemingly catered to her, said good morning, and in most cases free hugs :-) The hotel is located just a short 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach. If you need something talk to the front desk and they will have an answer for you immediately, from activities in the area, to transportation to and from the airport in Catilan. I honestly cannot say enough about my experience at this hotel. By far the very best service, and commodities that I have experienced. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower is chai Normas and I like that there is a separate space for the toilet. Do you feel like you are in your own sound proof booth. If you were lucky enough to spend your birthday here be prepared to be spoiled by a HBD song, cake, and message on your TV I am sure that I am missing you something else in my review, but I think you get a general idea :-)
