I try to look at the positive in everything, unfortunately this time i cant help but be negative about the bed and pillows. The worst nights sleep ive ever had. The hotel overall, was great the reception staff were bubbly and prompt, the location was perfect to where we had to go, but the bed has made any future stays non exsistant.

Driving Adelaide city stay
The stay was good in some areas and not so good in others. Parking was an issue as the details of parking there was not full explained from the booking to arriving at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was great, lots of verity. Friendly staff and happy to help. The bed was not comfortable for us. Having the lobby to be able to sit in, if you want to have a drink and talk before going to your room was a very convenient.

Hotel was ideally located close to transport, shopping ,dining and points of interest. Breakfast provided was excellent and extensive . Hot food was actually hot and coffee delicious. Wait staff very attentive and eager to oblige. Despite a rocky start due to a lost wallet I would definitely stay here again.
