Staff were really polite and helpful and we even got an upgrade for free! Room was upto standard we had a lovely stay the only thing we had an issue with was the water wasn’t hot in the bathroom but overall 10/10 would stay agin with my family

The staff was very nice, but the room was very bare bones. We had to request additional bedding for our pull out couch as the set in the room did not appear to be clean. It was fine for the price, but would probably pay up for a nicer place if we return to Manchester. Location next to the train station and walking distance to Etihad was great.
