I was in town for the rodeo and a baseball tournament. The location was perfect for the rodeo. The staff was great, the room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay again when I'm in town needing a room.

Property was very dated. I arrived late and almost no exterior lighting. I drove past it twice. Room smelled musty and needed walls patched and painted. Bathroom had hair in the floor. Owner was nice and bed was comfortable. You get what you pay for. Okay for a quick stop. I will not stay again.

Ok for quick one night stop
Very low priced travel motel. Room could use a better attempt to treat the smell in it. Second time I've stayed there and the smell in the room was very musty. Nothing a bottle of air freshener couldn't cure or even plug in air fresheners. Be sure to grab a coffee at the White Buffalo just down the street. Good coffee.

Nice motel for the money
We got there late in the evening. The guy at the counter didnt talk much...HE seemed kind of bothered by us getting there late. But the room was super clean. It smelled a little musty when we first walked in our room, but turned on the heat and it went away. The bed was super comfortable. The only gripe I have was that there were only towels for two people when we made the reservation ahead of time , so he knew there would be 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again.
