From the first night of our arrival, he was super helpful and continued to be so throughout our stay. We enjoyed Casa, the facilities and grounds were well maintained and the room was comfortable. We had breakfast each morning prepared for us, and special requests were accommodated with no problem. I absolutely enjoyed my 4nights stay here. The location is perfect and the check in process was smooth. The ambiance was warm and inviting for guest to feel comfortable. The space is clean, when I say clean I mean CLEAN and the hot water was on point. Richard the host was so welcoming and friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea and water was a nice added touch.
