We thought this was the perfect hotel in Zermatt. Walkable to train station, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, sauna, and breakfast was fantastic. We wish we had been able to stay many days longer.

All staffs were really nice to us but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel amenities like the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi bath that is located outside the hotel. a family room located between ground floor and basement was very spacious which should fit for a group of 4-6 for relatively a long stay like a week. Unfortunately this time we only stayed a night but would have been great with a few more nights. The hotel has been renovated recently and facility wise everything is neat and clean.

This hotel fit the bill for our quick trip to Zermatt. We were there for one night. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Walkable, but hotel shuttle available to and from the train.

The room was really large with a massive bathroom which had both a huge walk-in shower and bath. The breakfast buffet was lovely and varied, and very tasty way to start our day. Good location only 5-10 minute walk from the Zermat train station / centre of town. Staff at check-in were nice and the free processco/orange juice was a nice touch. The spa was brilliant, with various baths and rooms, perfect to help heal my pulled back muscle after some sledging that day.
