The hotel is extremely well located. Though the rooms are on the small side, which is expected for Paris, it is in a very charming neighborhood. It’s about a 20 min metro ride to all of the major attractions, walking distance to the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, Pigalle. I absolutely loved the location. I travelled solo and this hotel will definitely be on my list of fave hotels in Paris.

17th arondisement - non-touristy area

The staff was wonderful and the hotel is lovely - clean, unfussy in design, quiet, and great bedding. Nothing at all to complain about. They loaned me an adapter to charge my phone and they were friendly and helpful. My only issue is with the hotels.com app - I put a different area into my preferences filter and didn’t realize that I was booking a hotel in the wrong area. Nonetheless it was good to discover a new area which is great if you want to stay in a part of the city that’s non-touristy. There are some great restaurants down the side streets and it’s close to the Batignolles shopping streets.

Tres déçu davoir passé 2 jours dans une chambre borgne pour un prix élevé: le descriptif indique "chambre avec fenêtre sur cour" alors que la chambre ne dispose que d'une petite fenêtre dans la sdb, fenêtre qui donne sur une colonne de 2mx2m. Ce qui n'arrange rien: il n'y a aucune déco dans la chambre , ni d'ailleurs de cafetière. En prime, l'ascenseur qui grince est enchassé dans la chambre. Un triste week-end.... Evitez les chambres terminant par 1. J'oubliais, à l'accueil on prendra toutes sortes dinformations (tel, mail, adresse, N° de carte d'identité pour les stocker dans un système informatique (probablement mal sécurisé).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Lala Hotel Paris ! L’hôtel est très propre, simple et moderne, avec une décoration soignée. Tout semble avoir été récemment rénové, ce qui rend les lieux très agréables. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner, donc nous ne pouvons pas donner notre avis à ce sujet. En revanche, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mise à disposition de café et d’eau pour les clients : une attention très appréciable ! Le gros point fort de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute la qualité de l’accueil. Le personnel est vraiment excellent, accueillant, serviable et professionnel. Nous avons également oublié un vêtement dans notre chambre et l’équipe nous a contactés pour nous en informer. Nous avons ensuite pu nous organiser avec eux pour le faire envoyer directement à notre domicile par colis. Nous avons trouvé cette attention particulièrement appréciable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son sens du service. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Nos hospedamos em um quarto duplex, no último andar, para 4 pessoas. Quarto maravilhoso, moderno, com excelente estrutura. Equipado com dois banheiros, um sofá cama confortável e uma cama king de casal maravilhosa. O hotel conta com serviço de quarto com refeições e café da manhã, mas não utilizamos esses serviços. Quarto limpo, com roupas de cama e toalhas limpas. O hotel disponibiliza garrafas com água, que podem ser reabastecidas a qualquer tempo. A localização é maravilhosa, tanto em relação ao metrô quanto para caminhar por restaurantes e lojas. O hall do hotel é maravilhoso para quem precisa resolver questões de trabalho. O elevador é apertado, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência. A equipe guardou nossas malas e, quando fomos realizar o check-in, se encarregaram de guardar nossas malas. É um hotel que recomendo com tranquilidade e que vale à pena.
