10/10 Exceptional

Fantastic hotel, everything that you would normally expect from a hotel was perfect, and all of the little extra touches were so nice. Breakfast was far better than the “free buffet breakfast” that is advertised, it was exceptional. Loads of options, plenty of choice, lovely and fresh! The kitchen in the room was immaculate! I wish we had stayed for longer to make better use of it. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Our 4th stay here and, as ever, the staff were excellent, the room spacious and with everything we could need (and more). Particularly we’ve always felt the bed is extremely comfortable! Close to the centre and the university so great for visiting the city and especially if you’re visiting someone at the university.

Only one fault and I'll leave it to you to decide ok how affected you may be by it - the mugs in the studios are tiny and totally unsuited for those of us who enjoy a large mug of tea. Bring your own - we will next year as we're booked again. Other than that we had a lovely time. Faultless service, excellent toiletries and sundries, large variety of breakfast foods and a comfy bed.

When I first came in staff were immediately welcoming. Clearly explained everything to me and gave me all the information needed about the property and things such as the breakfast times, laundry facilities, and gym. Additionally they were very clear in things such as the city tax fees and deposit. Along with this they were very friendly and asked what I was in Manchester for, I told them I was at a festival and they told me to make sure I have fun. Made me feel very confident in the hotel and staff and this continued for the rest of the stay. Location is perfect for the MMU/Oxford Road area and will be staying again the next time I am in the area

The hotel is very nice, comfortable beds with great pillows and the staff were all great too. However one of the lifts was out that caused quite a lot of delays for people.
