Brand new and very clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location is incredible - 30 seconds from the nearest metro station, 60 seconds from the Airport bus stop, brilliant rooftop views of Barcelona.

Wow! What a perfect location for exploring Barcelona and for shopping. Also the tourist bus stops were right there and the Aerobus was a bonus as there was a taxi strike while we were there. We asked for a room with a view of the square and paid 25 euros extra, but it was well worth it because the fountains are beautiful and at night it all lights up. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, very helpful and accomodating staff, room is spacious and very comfortable. Our room has city views of Plaza Catalunya, our last night was the feast of St John the Baptist, there was fireworks all night and iuntil around 4 in the morning. The noise was incredibly loud, only slept for a couple of hours because of this. Not the hotels fault of course so despite this our stay was still very good.

There are numerous numbers of hotels within that area of Barcelona to stay in. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel. Service from front desk agent - Monika - was very unfriendly and just plain rude. When asked to accommodate another room to our liking she was quick to say no without even checking the computer. When asked to hold a different room for us to move to the next day, she again said we're very busy and booked so only if we have something and you have to come check with us before noon. It's not guaranteed. The room was not much better. We were placed in a room right next to 2 elevators on 2 sides of us. You could hear people talking and you could hear the elevator shaft go up and down. I didn't sleep well the whole time. It was so hot in the room that we had engineering come and try to lower the thermostat. He said that it was at the lowest it could go and that's the temperature they keep it in the winter. We had to leave the window open day and night in order to get the room cooler. The TV didn't work properly so engineering was called at least twice a day in a 30 minute time span to fix it. Barcelona was beautiful to sight see but you need some down time to sit and relax. I would pick a hotel where you can do just that.

Best location in barcelona. Very clean, comfy and well kept facilities and rooms. Room was huge and the marble floors were amazing. A lot of attention to details that made our stay unforgettable. Amazing pool and sky bar, affordable drinks and services, breath-taking view.
