Bunpheng was great a helping us as well as all the other lovely staff on reception including the amazing breakfast staff. Check in was a little weird. There was some confusion which they didn't explain but required 5 staff members to figure out. We were tired after our airplane trip earlier that day so it was annoying that it took as long as it did. The room was wonderful and large with two bedrooms. The hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet good have been a bit better in my opinion. The location is unbeatable. Right across from a mall and easy to get to Angkor Wat

i had an amazing short stay at the j7 in siem reap. i wanted a nice place to stay and relax at in between my travels in cambodia and this property was def a 5 star in my opinion. i used most of the property: buffet in the morning was delicious. i had an amazing massage downstairs with aunty for 1 hour - very good price. my room had a tub and i def took a bath. i will always choose to stay at the j7 again when i'm back next year and will bring my parents
