The housekeeping and front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Areas that can be improved are soundproofing the walls as the traffic noise was incredibly loud at 1/2am. The breakfast (fried rice) looked and tasted horrible, the eggs were too runny and the ham was tasteless. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay as the location was central to many places.

The 1st room we were given had a plugged up shower drain. Had to get them to unplug it 3 times. Not sure why they didn’t test it before saying it was good. Something in the room made my wife have a sinus problem. Requested a refund but was told we should have notified them as soon as we stepped into the room. How were we to know the shower was plugged and it would affect her sinus? Was moved to a poolside room which was nice but found it weird they had to transfer the TV from our 1st room. Only was a 20” TV. Other than that stay was nice. Breakfast had a nice selection. Gym equipment was minimal but full gym a block away.

Overall is good ,nice small swiming pool and the room is just fine but it is too far from the beach and main sightseeing the road around the hotel is still under construction You have to use another direction to reach the hotel .Have a limit car parking .Near convinent store, staff are nice and helpful

Fx hotel. Very disappointing

Very disappointing service in the hotel. Staff were like security or the police. No smiles and spent more time questioning me about when I came into Thailand and flicking through the pages of my passport. Completely unacceptable. When I wanted to check out they made me stay back for twenty minutes to check the room. Again made me feel like some sort of criminal. Also, when I arrived at my room there were empty beer cans lying around outside my door. Next door room there were about 6 Indians staying all together making lots of noise. Worst hotel experience ever,
