Beautiful hotel rooms and the location could not be better. We were just across the road from a high-end outdoor mall that had lots of great restaurants and shops. Lots of dining choices in that mall, probably close to 50 restaurants with all kinds of food. We would stay here again the next time we are in Beijing.

Everything was great. We like the decor and design, and the staff upgraded our room upon check-in. Staff was also helpful and friendly. The only issue encountered was that we were unable to watch the movies and dramas on their vod app because their system was undergoing some update which we were told affected all guests when we enquired during late night. As we checked out the next day, we were unsure when it got resolved.

We had an amazing stay at Chao Beijing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were lovely, playing live music in the evenings. All the facilities were great, and the hotel very clean and well kept. Location was also great, with everything needed close by!
