This hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The room we stayed in was immaculately clean, with great features. We were able to stream our home Netflix account on the large smart tv. The bathroom was amazing, with a rainfall shower head. The hotel was very quiet and secure. To access the hall on the first floor where our room was located, a key was needed. The parking lot was gated, with an attendant on duty. We would stay here again anytime.

The location was perfect since it is right next to the airport and we had a very early flight. Hotel provided free taxi service to the airport as well, which was a major plus for us! Guest services was excellent, check in and out was easy and efficient. I made an error prior and booked the wrong date and within an hour, I got a full refund to rebook again. Rooms were clean and security around the whole hotel and parking lot made me feel very safe. The only cons were the sound proofing were not very super good, but overall the hotel served the purpose of our stay. Will definitely return again. Thank you team at hotel! 😀

Hay un espejo muy grande con cinta de luces led alrededor que se apaga únicamente retirando la tarjeta/llave dejando la habitación sin corriente eléctrica. Además cerca del hotel hay una fábrica que hace ruidos metálicos toda la noche.

No me gustó porque además de lo anterior, al llegar tardaron mucho en atendernos, me realizó un cargo extra por mi mascota de $500 que no se mencionó en ningún momento. Además nunca tuvieron la intención de devolverme unos tenis que había olvidado en un cajón. Llamé y comentaron que no había nada, después que las mucamas no estaban ese fin de semana y en fin. Eso es robo y no se me hizo nada justo que se lo hayan tomado a la ligera.
