The room was absolutely Beautiful! It looked Exactly like the It’s picture. The grounds were beautiful, kept and the view from Our window and balcony was amazing! The staff couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and friendly. And we will definitely stay there again. We’re already planning our next trip back to South Haven.

I think the owners may be renovating the hotel and the side I stayed on this time is not finished. Some things definitely needed updating. The beds were really not very comfortable. It’s a lovely place…needs finishing. Excellent service!

Nothing special about the room, its an old building and smells a little musty but i kind of expected that being so close to the lake. They do have nicer rooms available but for a one night stay the basic room was just fine. They also have an outdoor venue area overlooking the lake, looks perfect for weddings and receptions. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and inviting. The outdoor area of this hotel is what sells it and makes it all worth it! Beautifully situated overlooking the lake. All in all it was a good stay and we would stay again.
