Nothing could be further from the truth..
From the managers down to the front desk, they are a poor excuse for professionals. The front desk staff is lazy and nonchalant, there is an air of ‘I don’t give a hoot about you or your business’. Equally the manager Debbie Williams is the same, it’s true what they say, the tone is set from the top. The managers condone the poor behavior of their staff and so they continue delivering poor customer service. They make excuses for the issues/ conditions of their rooms and they make no concessions for their very poor service. Not even an apology for delays, non- functioning telephone, TV with sound loss, clogged sink, safe doesn’t work. Laundry is $5 usd dryer $7 usd juxtaposed in a hot dirty room with dead bugs on the floor, hasn’t been swept or cleaned.
It’s also true that you get what you pay for. This is one of cheapest places on the island and it’s evident in the quality of the rooms, the amenities and lack of hospitality and professionalism.
Waited for 40 minutes to be picked up from airport. No greeting upon arrival. Tv sound goes in and out. Telephone cord falls off the phone, cannot phone front desk, had to walk to front desk for assistance. Asked to be put in another room no follow-up from front desk. Nonchalant/ stinky attitude. Asked to be dropped off at the airport to pick up a car and was told flat out NO
Would never stay here again.
