Untrained staff and Rude staff

Nice hotel close with air port
I like the hotel every thing is good but the management is not good they was denied me to give me a room which is was paid fore Expedia and they want more money and they don't except Expedia booking

We had a wonderful stay at the Day's Inn Karachi. The hotel staff was wonderful. Room service was not intrusive which we greatly appreciated.

Good experience
overall experience was good. I am only upset about the drop off service at the airport where I was forced to be at the reception at 5:30AM sharp however hotel staff made me wait for 20 minutes in the van where big mosquitoes were biting me and my family. Hotel staff wanted to make one trip to the airport where they made us wait in the vehicle because other guests were late to check out.
