On August 10, 2022 at around 08:30-09:00, I went to the breakfast area to check what kind of food/breakfast is being served. I was checking if there are continental breakfast available (scarmbled egg, sausage, bacon etc.). Unfortunately, there wasn’t.
I was aproached by a female staff (wearing a black top and a pony-tailed hair). She asked for my room number and I provided her our room number. I told her that “I want to check first what kind of breakfast you serve”. Thats when she ROLLED HER EYES on me, literally rolled her eyes on my face!
It was an unpleasant experience and so I left with my family.
I went to the front desk and talked to the male staff. I asked the guy if I can talk to the Manager, Supervisor to report the incident. All of a sudden, this guy cannot understand me and said “I dont understand what you mean”.
I remember when we first checked in, staffs speak very good english and when I started complaining they cannot understand me ???
So I have to explain it slowly and clearly about the incident, and the only thing the guy said to me was “No manager today”.
I asked, is there anybody I can talk to to complain. The guy said “Nobody”.
I asked the guy for the name of the female staff and said that he cannot do it for privacy and I understand that.
The front desk guy talked to the lady on the breakfast area briefly and that was it, didn’t offer any help to us.
Aug. 11 at 09:10am, we checked out, same guy at the frontdesk did not say a word to us!
