The front desk was very friendly and accommodating at check-in. I had a 15 hr drive and was early. They allowed me an early room and made it convenient for my senior mom. They were wonderful. I would go back.

Horrible place. Not sure how reviews are positive at all. Very musty, black mold on bathroom door, loud street noise and other noises, damaged furniture, no window screen, 1 cockroach welcomed us when we arrived, and overall horrible experience and foul smell in all the building. Tried to get refund and was denied so far. See photos.

I would definitely stay at the Red Roof and suites again, next time we visit our Grandson at Camp Leguen. The people behind the desk were very friendly and helpful especially when we wanted to add on an extra night stay. We did not have to switch rooms. Thanks again Lulu for all your help!!
