Unbelievably helpful staff when I had a problem with my car in the car park. Don't let the exterior deceive you - the room was lovely with a fantastic shower and the views are gorgeous. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Nice over night stop and was surprised to find an EV charger which was helpful to me. The hotel was busy with coach parties but the staff were helpful and room clean with a lovely view over the loch. Pizza in the bar was good, limited choice of larger to drink.

We had a lovely stay at the Caledonian Hotel in Fort William. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for exploring the area. We also had breakfast, which was very nice and a great way to start the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

6/10 Good

Staff lovely no problems. We had a dripping noise in our room which reception staff came and fixed abit, but we still had a slight noise from the issue. No other room was available. But big problem was some staying may not realise is that the anyone outside can see straight into the rooms. There is nothing on the windows, need to pull the curtains. Most people would assume they are unseen from outside. We only stayed one night. Food was good & place had nice vibe due to friendly staff.

Front desk supervisor was very unfriendly and unhelpful. She said they were sold out the next three. nights and that clearly was not the case. It prevented us from moving to a room with a view. Restaurant staff was very friendly and hard working.
