Best bargain in cocoa. The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and bug free. The property also tries to keep the exterior clean.

Good for the price
If you need a place to sleep for a night, this is the place. Room was clean, there were not any bugs we could find, everything worked as it should. The only negative I could say is the beds were super firm and I personally don't like firm mattresses.

Single guy: I had a great stay of two plus weeks. The price was just about the best available through Expedia, and paired with a $50 mini fridge, it was great for a beach vacation landing pad. Definitely would stay again. Staff was very responsive and place was quiet.

Gross. Though I was happy there was no carpet, I still wouldn’t walk around barefoot in the room. Floors had some type of slimy film over the top. The bed wasn’t comfortable, one of the pillows was an old chair cushion with case thrown over it. Old and dusty stained up. Stayed for one night passing through.. but I wouldn’t ever go back. Creepy people out front too. All lurking around.

Shabby and filthy
Disappointing, to say the least. There was a foul stale smell in the reception area, which was an indicator of what was to come. On opening the room door I could smell bleach and the sheets appeared clean, there was dust and dirt ingrained everywhere from the door, to the bathroom , under the air conditioner. The bed hadn't been pulled out, and the baseboards were not cleaned properly in months. It's an old building,g but it has been let go, even the pool looked grubby with dirt /sand on the bottom of the pool itself. Walls are paper thin , best thing about it was its location off the I95 , seeing it in the rearview mirror was even better

The bathroom door did not close. A stranger banged on our door at 4:30 AM. There was noise from the IHOP in the parking lot. The pool was not open. The staff was nice. It was clean an inexpensive. I would stay there again.

Buyer beware.
The floors in the room were dirty. Towels stained. Tub had a footprint on it in filth. The room smelled moldy. Linens had hair on them. Comforter reeked of weed. Beds unforgivingly uncomfortable. Ceiling stains and stains on walls. Safety concerns. Tv did not have a clear station; all fuzzy. Water was hot. A/C worked well. Room was cheap.
