The hotel as run down, five years ago it was cosy and welcoming. The pool wasn't in use from 5 years ago and it still the same. Room service was good

Our balcony door was unable to lock and that’s not safe because someone could simply climb from the neighboring rooms balcony onto ours and get inside the room. We asked to change the room and they did not. They were busy convincing us that the place is in a safe environment. I had to drive around with my suitcases in the car rather than leaving my stuff in an unlocked room. The rooms are ok but definitely need some items such as ironing board/iron, blow dryer, etc.
