The indoor pool and lazy river is closed despite that being the first picture for this listing. One of the elevators sounded like it was going to malfunction and fall. The bed was hard and felt like we slept on the ground all night. Waste of time and money here.

Called 3 hours before arrival. No answer. Got a room with jacuzzi for valentines. Tub was making a loud noise and would not work. Called front desk. Front desk staff had an attitude and said she would TRY to get someone to come look at it. I questioned what she meant by try to get someone to come look at it. She immediately asked if I wanted to check out. I said no. I would like a room with working jacuzzi which is what I paid for. Did not get to enjoy the tub before dinner came back four hours later and no one had been there to look at the tub and it was still making a God awful noise. I called the front desk and a new gentleman employee was working and within 15 minutes he was upstairs with a new room key and a new room for us to move so kudos to him but I requested to two different people to have a manager contact me And it has been almost 48 hours with no contact. I tried to handle this at the front desk level and then at the manager level and now I’m having to resort to leaving a review for the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my travels

When we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready at 6pm check in was at 4pm we had to set in the lobby with 4 kids for 3 hours begging for our room. The lobby was freezing and they would not turn on the fire place in the lobby after being ask to! Very rude staff, the staff acting like they don’t know what’s going on. There was a line of about 15 people waiting on rooms as well. They all had been waiting for over 4 hours for a room.

Front desk workers were very rude. Check in was at 4:00pm and we were not able to get into the room until 7:30pm. They were still cleaning the rooms. Some people with reservations were told they could not have a room. Don’t know what the problem was. Not impressed.

The staff was very friendly and was clean but the room was not comfortable at all, the pillows were so worn out it was unreal. With just my husband and I staying they only left one towel, washcloth and hand towel. We stayed 2 days and no one ever come to clean the room. I went downstairs to ask for towels to shower and woman said they would bring them up but never did. They need to be more attentive to there guests needs and upgrade there pillows!

Room was clean only had three channels for the tv went to the front desk to address the matter about the tv said they would send someone up but never did. When they came to clean the room didn’t clean very good and only received one towel and one washcloth for two people. No breakfast. Very outdated noisy elevator. Will not stay there again!
