Upon arriving at the hotel, there are steps up to the hotel. There was no greeter or anyone to help us carry our luggage up the steps.
The front desk reception was not warm or friendly.
Our room was dusty and not in the best cleaning condition.
Only upon leaving when we tipped the receptionist that they did help us with our luggage.
