Our experience was horrible the moment we checked in. The only pleasant experience was when we tried to check in with the valet. No help with your luggage. When we got into the hotel, we were unsure where to check in, and after 20 minutes, we asked a security guard to find out that we needed to check in with them. It took us 10 minutes to find our room, it was very confusing. When we got to our room, we noticed the room was never clean or service. My sister, a guest with me, went to a convenience store in the hotel and tried to ask questions.
The lady working at the little convenience store got rude and loud with my sister and wanted to fight with her. We have a video of it because we recorded her. What a disaster! It was a misrepresentation of what I saw on hotel.com. this place is nothing like it said it was. It was so bad that we had to leave and get a different hotel. We called the hotel and spoke to a gentleman who told me he couldn't help us and that I had to wait till Monday to call the association.
He lied and told me we would not be charged anyway because they only get paid when we check out. We never checked out because we never stayed at the hotel, and I told the gentleman we were leaving. I checked with my bank, and it was paid in full. We demand a refund immediately.
