We booked a room for one night, March 12, through hotels.com. When we arrived we were told that the room we booked was not available, so they gave us a lesser room for the same rate. There was no manager available to sort things out. The internet did not work. Is this 2023? We needed to download and print an important document (which had to do with our reason for coming to Miami), so had to go off site to do so. The AC was not adjustable. Unlike a lot of the previous comments, it was too warm for us. The TV only got about 6 or 7 channels, all with terrible reception. The best thing we could find to watch was "cowboy wants a wife". YIKES! No coffee machine in the room. The shower was very difficult to figure out. If you read this review and still stay there, I bet you won't be able to work it on your own. Doesn't look like the pictures at all. The lobby is super grungy. Please, spend an extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

Great location and the kindest staff
We stayed in this hotel last month and it was pretty good. The location is faultless, amazing, and the location for price point is amazing! The room was pretty nice, we had some issues with the air con being so cold and unable to adjust it which was frustrating but we were moved. What stood out to me is that I got some bag news when I was away that my sister had passed away and I had been crying. The blonde haired lady on reception asked if I was ok and she was so kind and so sweet to me, hugged me and was genuinely so caring and I honestly am so grateful. Her kindness was overwhelming. Thank you to this lady.
