Great location but difficult to get to the hotel
Overall great hotel. It took my family 3 hrs to get to the hotel due to closed roads after 7pm downtown Queretaro. The parking lot is very far away from the hotel. My family walked 4 blocks With our luggage following google maps in the middle of a parade and thousands of people.

Great Find
I really liked this hotel. Location is great. I read the previous reviews and was expecting it to be noisy but I had a room at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. I ate at the restaurant and it was really good. My only request would be for blankets to be on the bed - it was a bit chilly in the room without a heater. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay here.
Great stay in a perfect location in Centro. Price is right. Towels large and soft but the pillows are kinda funky.

Small and hot
The hotel does not have A/A and the room is small (very small) and hot. We got a second fan but was too loud and we did not get a good sleep. The windows are in the front so you can hear all people passing and talking. In the morning you can hear all the noise from the restaurant that is in the first floor.

Monastic Experience
I was not aware that the rooms did not have windows or A/C. The first room's fan, which was absolutely necessary, was out of balance and not only made a lot of noise, but it looked like it might come flying off at any moment. The modern redo on the rooms was quite nice though. Great location in the old downtown and decent food.

Small and dark but sweet and suitable
The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and is right in the heart of Querétaro centro. The only surprise was that most rooms don’t have proper windows but openings on the front door and inside the bathroom, right in front of the shower (everyone in the hall can see the outline of someone naked). The rooms are recently renovated (a bit cheaply but with a modern look even still) so the cleanliness feels great. The bed is ok as well. The rooms are tiny but equipped with the basics. As we were staying for a wedding at the church literally 100 steps away just for one night, the more negative sides of the hotel weren’t a problem for us. In the morning we needed fresh water bottles and they brought 2 up quickly ans for free.

Great location for the hotel :)
This hotel has a really good location since its in dowtown close to many areas, street sometimes it's only for walking so it's not so crowd, building is an historical but has been renovated inside and bathrooms seems to be new, one and important it's noisy since they have the restaurant also at hotel so since 6 am you can hear the cooking and some people talking and more if you stay at the 1st floor where all the customers goes to eat, so it's not so nice if you want to keep sleeping late. People is helpful and they have a discount in one parking 4-5 blocks away from hotel.

In the heart of town
This hotel has an amazing location. The rooms are a bit basic and dont have AC which is fine for now because its still breezy and cold, yet for sunmer I would stay in the room much. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, rooms were very clean. Many restaurants and shops, you are in the heart of it all.

Great Location
Nice hotel just steps from the main square of Queretaro. Friendly staff and quick check in. Breakfast, extra charge, was very good and great service from the restaurant staff. We did not eat here other than breakfast but we heard it was very good and there always seemed to be people using the restaurant. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Our room on the second floor right at the end of the corridor had a fluorescent light right outside the transom window. The light was necessary for safety but there was no blind on the window into our room so light shone in brightly all night. There really needs to be a blind or shutters on the transom window. Luckily we travel with sleep masks. For many this would be a big problem and it's a very easy problem to fix. This was our only complaint and the reason for the lower score for comfort.
